Position Summary
Direct Care Staff provide daily supervision, support, guidance, and mentorship to youth — maintaining a safe, structured, therapeutic environment while helping residents develop life skills, positive relationships, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision; ensure safety and well-being; implement treatment plans; support daily living activities; assist with educational and recreational programming; document progress; promote positive behavioral outcomes; participate in team meetings; maintain compliance.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Experience working with youth preferred. Strong communication and teamwork. Must meet all background and training requirements.

Position Summary
Provides oversight of Aspire Haven's treatment services and therapeutic programming, ensuring services remain effective, individualized, and aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities
Leadership for treatment services; oversee treatment planning; monitor effectiveness; participate in admissions reviews; support multidisciplinary collaboration; ensure compliance; assist with staff development; promote quality improvement.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in a human services field. Appropriate professional licensure. Experience working with youth. Leadership/supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches.
Position Summary
Provides leadership and oversight of Aspire Haven's daily operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations; supervise staff and operational functions; ensure compliance with Texas Minimum Standards; coordinate quality assurance; oversee staffing and scheduling; support licensing readiness.
Qualifications
Current Texas Child-Care Administrator License. Management experience preferred. Knowledge of residential treatment operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Position Summary
Assists in assessing needs, developing treatment recommendations, coordinating services, and supporting treatment planning efforts.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments; participate in treatment planning; monitor progress; collaborate with treatment team members; prepare documentation; support discharge and transition planning; participate in case reviews.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Experience working with youth preferred. Strong assessment and documentation skills.
Position Summary
Provides therapeutic services that support emotional growth, behavioral stability, and healthy development.
Responsibilities
Provide individual counseling; facilitate group sessions; participate in treatment planning; maintain clinical documentation; provide crisis intervention; collaborate with treatment teams; support family engagement.
Qualifications
LPC, LPC Associate, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or other qualified professional. Experience working with youth preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
